Over the course of more than sixteen years, she grew distinguished in Marine and Technical Operations through a number of key roles. In September 2000, she left the cruise industry having ultimately served as Royal Caribbean’s Technical Purchasing Director, to launch a new challenge, Total Marine Solutions. As a partner in Marine Software Solutions, she continues to work with Owners and Operators to optimize current applications. He founded Brenock Technology in 1995 expressly to specialize in emerging web technologies. Ben Rogers has worked in Information Technology for more than fifteen years. His diverse technical background involving Enterprise System Solutions includes extensive Database, Web, and Client Server development. He has served as a developer, database administrator, systems analyst, and project manager. For the last 5 years he has been working in the cruise industry for Norwegian Cruise Lines where he was responsible for a fleet-wide software installation.  His extensive knowledge of enterprise solutions comes as a result of his work at companies like Royal Caribbean and JPMorgan Chase.  An expert in multiple database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase) and development technologies (Microsoft .NET, Powerbuilder) he is a welcome addition to the Marine Software Solutions team!
