TMS Data Warehouse is a web-based application that stores all the environmental compliance certificates, every service report issued for a vessel, and complete operating manuals and type approval certificates for all products supported by Total Marine Solutions in one convenient place. The documents, in .PDF format, can be viewed or downloaded through any Internet connection, via an intuitive, password-protected interface.

Alexandra went on to say "The benefits for ship owners and operators have been enormous. We've partnered with our customers and eliminated a significant administrative burden for them."

The program is filled with features that help TMS as well, like automatic e-mail notification of approaching expiration dates, and other enhanced tools. That functionality results in greater efficiencies, which mean profits at the bottom line. "I save at least one person's salary and related costs per year," Alexandra said.
